Project
With tremendous excitement, I've had the opportunity to work with construction project coordinators and government officials of Thomas County, Kansas, as the commissioners work towards rehabilitating and revitalizing the historic Thomas County Courthouse, one of only three buildings in the county listed on the National Historic Register of Historic Places. I've been tasked to apply for historic renovation tax credits and several grants awards to help finance this incredible endeavor. We've so far received contingent approval for the $3.2 million project that could reap upwards of $720,000 in tax credits to the county.
